Aunt Lizzie and Uncle James arrived on Friday March 20th. They actually made all of their connecting flights - woo hoo!
Saturday: On Saturday we took of for Yellow Springs (about 1 1/2 hours north east of here) to do some hiking. We arrived right at lunch time after getting lost and found the little town of Yellow Springs packed. We had a hard time finding any place to eat and ended up going to a pizza place. It didn't look to the be cleanest and service was nice but slow. After 45 minutes, Liz and I were concerned that maybe we'd picked the wrong place and perhaps we should have gone to Subway. When our food came, it was some of the best we'd ever eaten. Very different and definitely fresh. The kids loved their pizza while the adults ate calzones - some with mexican fillings and others with mediterranean fillings.
After we ate it all up we took off for Clinton Gorge and some hiking. Here's some photos from there:

Clifton Gorge has some steep hiking trails with spectacular scenery. We got there just as some of the early Spring flowers were just peeking out. It was sunny with just a hint of chill left in the air. Even with instructions to Carter to stay on the path! as there were lots of sheer drop offs, Uncle James just saved him at one point. All in all everyone had a lovely day enjoying our surroundings and each other.
Sunday: Shopping then dinner at my parents. Fairly low key day.
Monday: We had to swing back by the airport to exchange some currency and then headed down to Big Bone Lick State Park. We had a picnic fast food lunch and did some more walking/hiking around.
Tuesday: Big day at the Eborall house! We went to Coco Key waterpark on Tuesday. This was so much fun! The water was perfect and it wasn't very busy. We went down the slides, took a ride around the lazy river and played on the playground part. Carter and Aunt Lizze manned the water guns above the lazy river squirting anybody who went by. Cassie and Susan came as well and I think everyone really had a nice day.
Wednesday: Can't remember what we did. I think it rained so maybe we stayed around the house? James or Liz - can you remember what we did?
Thursday: Everyone but me took off in the morning and went to Sharon Woods to hang out and play. It was another rainy morning. In the afternoon it brightened up so we played in the back yard and then went to a local park, Chamberlain Park, to play after dinner.
Friday: Took a morning excursion to Target and then went out for Mexican that night. Boy did Liz, James and I enjoy ourselves and the pitchers of Margueritas!
Saturday: We went to the Children's Musuem and then headed down to Findlay Market and picked up some sausages for dinner.
Throughout the week Liz served as the official tickler for Carter and Athena. Here's some photos and a video of them goofing off. I hope this captured Carter's laughter which is so delightful!

I have some more photos, but don't want to bog this down so will try to upload them to Kodak soon to share.
